Job summary

PARR Lumber Company is seeking a Cabinet Sales Coordinator for our Design Center. You will support cabinet and appliance sales, prepare quotes, and arrange on-time deliveries to help customers close projects.

Requirements include a High School diploma, 3+ years in sales or building materials, proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook, and experience with 2020 Design software. Local travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with cabinet and appliances.
• Knowledge of retail and contractor sales principles, practices and protocols.
• Experience balancing a company’s best interests with customer needs and aggressive sales goals.
• Must type 40+ WPM.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Proficiency in 2020 Design Software.
• Ability to operate a PC, telephone, scanner and related equipment.
• College degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years sales or building materials experience preferred.
• English reading/writing required.

Responsibilities

• Order cabinet, appliance, countertops and related items from manufacturers to support outside sales.
• Create purchase orders using accurate processes.
• Draw 20/20 layouts for customer approval and quoting purposes.
• Arrange delivery and coordinate with customers for timely arrival.
• Collaborate with installation team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in meeting team sales and profit goals.
• Maintain knowledge of cabinet brands, appliances and selling techniques.
