Honsador Lumber is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Kapolei/Oahu team. The role focuses on supporting customers with product knowledge, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and delivering an exceptional experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while building positive relationships with customers and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or sales experience in building materials or related industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong math skills for handling pricing and transactions.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to pass drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Respond to inquiries regarding product selection, pricing, quotations, orders, deliveries and follow-ups.
• Process orders and data entry accurately in the system; coordinate deliveries.
• Maintain product knowledge and industry awareness.
• Interact with sales, warehouse, dispatch and operations to ensure satisfaction.
