Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, building materials preferred.
• Knowledge of building materials and local codes preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong mathematical skills, including fractions and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend products that provide value to their projects and business.
• Respond to inquiries regarding product selection, pricing, quotations, orders, deliveries, and follow-ups.
• Develop profitable relationships through excellent service and problem-solving.
• Continuously improve product knowledge and industry expertise.
• Enter orders, pricing, and related data accurately into the system.
