Blue Compass RV seeks an experienced F&I Manager to guide customers through financing options and protection plans. You will select lenders, structure deals, and manage contracts to maximize F&I performance in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years working knowledge in Finance & Insurance products.
• Menu selling experience required.
• Business management experience in the automobile industry is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication, professional demeanor.
• Strong closing and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Selects appropriate lender, secures approval, and finalizes delivery.
• Manages placement of contracts and maximizes F&I per vehicle.
• Assists sales desk in structuring deals.
• Adheres to all F&I office processes and contract flow.
• Manages contracts in transit and coordinates funding with the business office.
• Tracks F&I PVR, product penetration, and lender penetrations.
• Participates in weekly sales meetings on F&I training.
• Trains sales staff in F&I processes.
• Adheres to company policies and procedures.
