Job summary

Growmark, Inc. in Pipestone, MN is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist with order entry, billing, and customer service for lubricant products and services.

You will enter orders promptly, respond to inquiries about orders and inventory, and support store customers. Daily duties include processing payments, updating billing in the FBS system, managing Baldwin Filter inventory and rebates, assisting with deposits, and collaborating with team members to ensure accurate service.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is normally required.
• Strong clerical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform keyboard entry and use computers.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders for lubricant products and services in a timely manner.
• Respond to inquiries on customer orders, service information, and inventory availability.
• Provide information on warehouse inventory records, order status, backorders, and vendor purchase orders.
