Job summary

GROWMARK, Inc. in Orange, VA, is seeking an Energy Delivery Specialist to safely deliver lubricant products within an assigned territory.

You will manage routes, perform pre-trip inspections, and maintain accurate documentation, ensuring timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include loading/unloading lubricants, inventory control, and providing oil testing support while communicating with dispatch and sales teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with 1–2+ years of delivery experience.
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent professional communication, persuasion, presentation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain lubricant delivery vehicles in accordance with DOT, company, and safety rules.
• Load, unload, and handle bulk and packaged lubricants with attention to inventory control.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Complete delivery tickets, bills of lading, mileage logs, and other required documentation accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service, including oil testing support and prompt resolution of customer concerns.
• Communicate with customers, dispatch, operations, and management regarding delivery needs.
• Support business growth by introducing customers to lubricant products and distributing promotional materials.
