Qualifications

• Must be able to perform keyboard entry and have basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders for lubricant products and services promptly.
• Respond to inquiries on orders, service information, and inventory availability.
• Provide information regarding warehouse inventory records, order status, backorders, and vendor purchase orders.
• Assist customers in the store and process their purchases in the system.
• Process credit card payments and enter billing information for processing to Members and others on the system.
