Job summary

T5 NC Operations dba Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a Lube Technician to perform oil changes, fluid top-offs, and light maintenance in a customer-focused setting. You’ll work in a stay-in-your-car environment and engage with customers who visit our shop.

Ideal candidates are comfortable with physical tasks, learn our oils and services quickly, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while delivering friendly, helpful service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Basic understanding of automotive fluids and oil changes.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and replace oil filter.
• Grease chassis fittings and inspect/adjust tire pressure.
• Wash windshield and top off fluids; assist customer in selecting services.
• Deliver excellent customer service verbally and in writing; process payments.
