Job summary

Take 5 in Fayetteville, NC is looking for a helpful Lube Technician to join our team. You'll perform oil changes, tire checks, wiper blade and air filter replacements, and light maintenance while delivering friendly service to customers. No oil industry experience is required—training is provided, and we value reliability and a positive attitude.

Expect a fast-paced, in-store role with weekends as needed. Pay starts at $11 per hour and can go up to $16 with performance and tenure, plus benefits

Qualifications

• No oil industry experience required; training provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and replace oil filters.
• Grease chassis fittings and check fluid levels.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Assist customers in selecting services and upsell where appropriate.
• Process payments and maintain a clean work area.
