Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change in North Carolina is hiring a Lube Technician to perform oil changes, filter replacements, tire pressure checks, and light maintenance while providing friendly, in-person customer service. The role trains you in techniques and oils, with a stay-in-your-car experience that keeps the customer in their vehicle.

You will work a full-time schedule, possibly weekends, with pay ranging from $11 to $16 per hour plus benefits such as PTO, 401(k), and health/dental/vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit.
• Willingness to work in hot/cold weather conditions.
• Strong communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil, change oil filter, grease chassis fittings.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids; assist customer in selecting services.
• Process payment for services performed; deliver excellent customer service.
• Perform coolant exchanges and fill services; restock inventory and maintain cleanliness.
