T5 West Operations dba Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a Lube Technician in Glenwood Hills, NM. You will perform basic oil changes, fluid top-offs, and light maintenance while delivering friendly customer service in a stay-in-your-car environment.

The role involves standing and walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in variable weather conditions. We train you in the oils and services we offer; benefits include PTO, 401(k), and health/dental/vision options.

Qualifications

• Must maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit to position yourself safely under cars.
• Walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist for extended periods while performing duties.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to communicate with the public clearly and professionally.
• Must have reliable transportation for shift coverage.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and replace oil filter; grease chassis fittings.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure; inspect and top off fluids.
• Assist customers in selecting oil type and other services.
• Deliver excellent customer service, verbally and in writing.
• Process payments for services performed; perform coolant exchanges and fills.
• Restock and maintain inventory; keep shop, office, and bathroom clean.
