Job summary

Russ Darrow Waukesha Kia in Waukesha, WI is hiring a Quick Lube Technician to join our busy Service team. This full-time role offers an hourly wage between $16.00 and $19.00, with hands-on work, training, and growth opportunities in a supportive dealership environment.

Responsibilities include multi-point inspections, oil changes, tire checks, alignments with Hunter equipment, fluid flushes, and providing labor estimates.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
Experience as a technician helper or apprentice is helpful.
Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

Performs multi-point inspection.
Check customer's car (battery, lights, tires) and refer repairs to Service Advisor.
Diagnose and repair automotive systems incl. flushes, oil changes, tire rotations.
Check tire air pressure and replace tires as needed.
Perform 4-wheel alignment with Hunter equipment.
Execute fluid flushes as required.
Operate and maintain lubrication equipment.
Provide labor and time estimates for additional repairs.
Learn new technical information in training sessions to stay current.

Russ Darrow Waukesha Kia is looking for a motivated and reliable Quick Lube Technician to join our fast-paced Service team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and being part of a supportive dealership environment.

Responsibilities

Performs multi-point inspection

Perform thorough check of customer's car (i.e., battery, lights, and tires), referring all needed repairs and preventive maintenance to Service Advisor.

Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including flushes, oil changes, tire rotations, etc.

Check the air pressure of tires; replace tires as needed

Perform 4 wheel alignment on Hunter equipment

Execute fluid flushes

Operate and maintain all lubrication equipment

Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs

Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast of rapidly changing technology.
