Russ Darrow Direct - Neenah, WI is seeking a motivated Quick Lube Technician to join our fast-paced Service team. This on-site role focuses on oil changes and basic maintenance in our Express Lube Lane, delivering safe, efficient service and a positive customer experience.

You will perform inspections, diagnose automotive systems, and support Service Advisors. Training is provided; prior dealership or tech-school background is welcome.

Qualifications

• Reasonable knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Experience as a technician helper, apprentice or dealership experience is helpful.
• Recent graduates from Vocational or Tech School encouraged to apply.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Performs multi-point inspection.
• Check battery, lights, tires and refer repairs to Service Advisor.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including oil changes, flushes and tire work.
• Check tire air pressure and replace tires as needed.
• Perform 4-wheel alignment on Hunter equipment.
• Execute fluid flushes.
• Operate and maintain lubrication equipment.
• Provide labor and time estimates for additional repairs.
• Continuously learn new technical information in training sessions.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and being part of a supportive dealership environment.

As a Quick Lube Technician, you'll perform oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance in our Express Lube Lane, ensuring each vehicle is serviced efficiently, accurately, and safely. You'll work closely with our Service Advisors to deliver a smooth and positive experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Performs multi-point inspection
• Perform thorough check of customer's car (i.e., battery, lights, and tires), referring all needed repairs and preventive maintenance to Service Advisor.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including flushes, oil changes, tire rotations, etc.
• Check the air pressure of tires; replace tires as needed
• Perform 4 wheel alignment on Hunter equipment
• Execute fluid flushes
• Operate and maintain all lubrication equipment
• Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast of rapidly changing technology.

Wage Range: $17-$20 per hour depending on experience
