Job summary

Lithia Toyota of Springfield is seeking entry-level Lube Technicians to join our busy service team and learn essential automotive skills. You should be available for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, and have basic mechanical understanding.

Experience as a quick lube technician is ideal, but we welcome eager learners who show initiative and teamwork. Advancement opportunities are available.

• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• 1+ year of experience as an express/quick lube technician is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
• Help diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs under the guidance of senior technicians.
• Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Work with the service team to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
