Job summary

Lithia Toyota of Abilene is seeking an Automotive Lube Technician to perform routine vehicle maintenance in accordance with dealer and factory standards. You will change engine oil and filters and conduct comprehensive inspections on tires, brakes, and fluids, while coordinating with the service advisor for repair recommendations.

We require basic mechanical understanding and may value express/quick lube experience. A valid drivers license, strong organization, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• Experience as an express/quick lube technician preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards.
• Perform minor maintenance, e.g., changing engine oil and filters.
• Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspections including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels.
• Communicate appropriate customer vehicle repair and maintenance recommendations to the service advisor liaison.
