Job summary

Lithia Ford Lincoln of Boise is hiring an automotive lube technician to perform routine maintenance and keep vehicles in top condition. You will complete oil changes, filter replacements, and standard inspections according to dealer and factory standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of express/quick lube experience, a basic mechanical understanding, a valid driver's license, and strong customer-service focus within a collaborative service team.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• 1+ year of experience as an express/quick lube technician.
• Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans.
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and replace filters per dealer standards.
• Conduct vehicle maintenance inspections including tires, brakes and fluid levels.
• Communicate maintenance recommendations to the service advisor liaison.
