Job summary

Russ Darrow Greenfield Mazda in Greenfield, WI is seeking a motivated Quick Lube Technician to join the Service team. You will perform inspections, fluids changes, alignments, and maintenance tasks, while learning new techniques in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The role offers hands-on training, a supportive team, and opportunities for growth through continuous training and development; no experience? training is available from day one.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Experience as technician helper or dealership experience is helpful.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-point inspection and diagnose vehicle issues.
• Check battery, lights, tires and refer repairs to Service Advisor.
• Perform oil changes, flushes, and other maintenance tasks.
• Check tire pressure and replace tires when needed; perform 4-wheel alignment on Hunter equipment.
• Provide labor and time estimates for repairs.
• Continuously learn through formal trainings to stay updated.

Job Location: Russ Darrow Greenfield Mazda - Greenfield, WI, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: Day, Russ Darrow Greenfield is looking for a motivated and reliable Quick Lube Technician to join our fast-paced Service team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and being part of a supportive dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Performs multi-point inspection
• Perform thorough check of customer's car (i.e., battery, lights, and tires), referring all needed repairs and preventive maintenance to Service Advisor.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including flushes, oil changes, tire rotations, etc.
• Check the air pressure of tires; replace tires as needed
• Perform 4 wheel alignment on Hunter equipment
• Execute fluid flushes
• Operate and maintain all lubrication equipment
• Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast of rapidly changing technology.
