Job summary

Russ Darrow Neenah Direct is looking for a motivated Quick Lube Technician to join our fast-paced service team. You’ll perform oil changes and basic maintenance in Express Lube Lane, ensuring service is efficient, accurate, and safe while collaborating with Service Advisors.

Qualifications

• Reasonable knowledge in automotive repair and maintenance.
• Recent graduates from Vocational or Tech School are encouraged to apply.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Performs multi-point inspection
• Perform oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance in Express Lube Lane
• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including flushes and tire rotations
• Check air pressure of tires and replace tires as needed
• Perform wheel alignment on Hunter equipment
• Provide labor estimates for additional repairs
• Continuously learn through formal training sessions

Russ Darrow Neenah Direct is looking for a motivated and reliable Quick Lube Technician to join our fast-paced Service team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and being part of a supportive dealership environment.As a Quick Lube Technician, you’ll perform oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance in our Express Lube Lane, ensuring each vehicle is serviced efficiently, accurately, and safely. You’ll work closely with our Service Advisors to deliver a smooth and positive experience for our customers.ResponsibilitiesPerforms multi-point inspectionPerform thorough check of customer's car (i.e., battery, lights, and tires), referring all needed repairs and preventive maintenance to Service Advisor.Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including flushes, oil changes, tire rotations, etc.Check the air pressure of tires; replace tires as neededPerform 4 wheel alignment on Hunter equipmentExecute fluid flushesOperate and maintain all lubrication equipmentProvide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairsContinuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast of rapidly changing technology.Wage Range: $17-$20 per hour depending on experienceAbout UsThe Darrow Difference is the foundation of our success – and we want you to be a part of it!Are you outgoing, enjoy meeting new people, and have a passion for the latest technology?
