Job summary

Russ Darrow Greenfield LLC is seeking a motivated Quick Lube Technician to join our Express Lube Lane. You’ll perform oil changes and basic maintenance, inspect vehicles, and work closely with Service Advisors to keep service flowing smoothly for customers.

No experience? We’ll train you from the ground up. Our team offers comprehensive benefits, continuous training, flexible schedules, and progression opportunities as you gain skills with our shop processes.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Experience as a technician helper or apprenticeship is helpful.
• Recent graduates from vocational or tech school are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Performs multi-point inspections.
• Checks car components (battery, lights, tires) and refers repairs to Service Advisor.
• Diagnoses and repairs automotive systems (oil changes, flushes, tire rotations).
• Checks tire air pressure and replaces tires as needed.
• Performs 4-wheel alignments on Hunter equipment.
• Operates lubrication equipment and provides labor estimates.

Russ Darrow Greenfield is looking for a motivated and reliable Quick Lube Technician to join our fast-paced Service team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and being part of a supportive dealership environment.As a Quick Lube Technician, you’ll perform oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance in our Express Lube Lane, ensuring each vehicle is serviced efficiently, accurately, and safely.
