Job summary

Lithia Nissan of Eugene is seeking a Lube Technician to join one of Eugene's top automotive service teams. You will perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance to keep customer vehicles running smoothly.

This onsite role requires open availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays and reports to the Service Manager. We offer competitive pay, medical/dental/vision plans, paid time off, and opportunities for growth within Lithia & Driveway.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical understanding of automobiles.
• 1+ year express/quick lube experience preferred.
• Team player with focus on providing exemplary customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and basic maintenance services.
• Inspect and rotate tires.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and identify maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety and shop procedures and provide excellent customer service.

Dealership: L0060 Lithia Nissan of Eugene Lithia Nissan of Eugene Hiring: Lube Technician Pay: $17-$19 flat rate Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Department Hours: 7:30 am to 6 pm Monday-Friday and 8 am to 4 pm Saturday, closed on Sunday. This position is located onsite in Eugene OR and reports to the Service Manager.

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• We prefer 1+ year of experience as an express/quick lube technician, but do not require it.
• Looking for a career in automotive and eager to grow with us.
• Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
