Job summary

Wilde Toyota in Wisconsin is seeking an Automotive Lube Technician to join our service team. The role offers hourly pay of $17.50 and a flexible schedule to support dealership operations and customer demand. We provide training and support to help you grow in the automotive industry.

You will perform oil and filter changes, complete multi-point inspections, identify issues, and communicate recommendations to the service team. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Basic automotive knowledge or hands-on mechanical aptitude.
• Willingness to learn; prior lube/express experience is a plus, but training provided.
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmissions.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance: oil and filter changes with accuracy.
• Complete multi-point inspections, including tires, brakes, and fluids.

What You’ll Do

• Identify potential vehicle issues and communicate recommendations to the service team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Deliver work that meets dealership and manufacturer standards

What You’ll Bring

• Basic automotive knowledge or hands‑on mechanical aptitude
• Previous experience as a lube/express technician is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• A positive attitude and team‑first mindset
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
