Job summary

Lithia Nissan of Clovis is seeking a Lube Technician to join our service team. You will perform routine maintenance on Nissan vehicles, including oil changes, filter replacements, and tire rotations, while maintaining accurate service records and upholding dealership standards.

We offer a flexible schedule with evenings, weekends, and holidays required to support operations and customer demand. The role provides hands-on experience in an automotive dealership setting and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• 1 year of experience as an express/quick lube technician is favorable.
• Operate different cars, light trucks, and vans, with the ability to use both manual and automatic transmissions.
• A team player who is focused on providing high-quality customer service.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil and filter changes.
• Rotate and balance tires.
• Inspect and top off vehicle fluids.
• Perform multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Check and replace air filters, wiper blades, and other basic maintenance items.
• Maintain accurate service records.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all dealership and manufacturer service procedures.

Total Rewards

The Hourly Pay Range for this position is $16.90 - $23.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
