DCH Kay Honda in Eatontown, NJ is hiring Lube Technicians to join its service team. The role includes performing oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and basic maintenance under supervision, with opportunities to grow within Lithia Motors' large dealer network.

The position is full-time with Saturday and evening availability required. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits and a path to advanced automotive certification.

Competenze

• 1–2 years automotive repair experience
• Recent technical school graduates welcomed
• ASE and/or Manufacturer certifications a plus

Mansioni

• Inspect vehicles and perform basic maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks)

What You’ll Do:

• Inspect vehicles to identify and perform basic vehicle maintenance, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
• Complete work accurately according to dealership and safety standards in collaboration with Service Advisors
• Road-test vehicles as needed to confirm service quality
• Document completed services and recommendations clearly
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly care for tools and equipment
• Support the service team with additional maintenance tasks as needed

What You’ll Bring:

• 1-2 years of automotive repair experience
• Recent technical school graduates
• Ability to independently perform oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, and basic diagnostics
• ASE and/or Manufacturer certifications a plus
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence

Total Rewards

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $18.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job‑related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
