Lithia Motors’ DCH Kay Honda in Eatontown, NJ is hiring lube technicians. The position is full-time with Saturday and evening availability. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, based on experience.

We’re part of the Lithia & Driveway family, offering growth opportunities in a high-performance, customer-focused environment. You will inspect vehicles, perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic diagnostics, with 1–2 years of automotive repair experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of automotive repair experience.
• Ability to independently perform oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, and basic diagnostics.
• ASE and/or Manufacturer certifications a plus
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles to identify and perform basic vehicle maintenance, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
• Complete work accurately according to dealership and safety standards in collaboration with Service Advisors.
• Road-test vehicles as needed to confirm service quality.
• Document completed services and recommendations clearly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly care for tools and equipment.
• Support the service team with additional maintenance tasks as needed.

What You'll Do:

Total Rewards

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $18.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
