Job summary

Lithia Chevrolet GMC of Helena is hiring a Lube Technician. The role focuses on oil changes, fluid services and tire rotations, following Lithia and Honda standards. You will perform work on repair orders with accuracy and efficiency. Ideal candidates have at least one year of express lube experience, basic mechanical knowledge, a valid driver's license, and a team-focused approach. This position offers steady shifts Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• 1+ years of experience as an express/quick lube technician.
• Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with manual and automatic transmissions.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Veterans encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy following Lithia and Honda standards.
• Road test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Perform routine maintenance with a focus on oil changes, fluid services and tire rotations.
• Accurately record time spent on repairs using company time clocking procedures.

Lube Technician

• Pay Rate: $16.00-$20.00 per flat rate hour depending on experience
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 5:30pm, rotating Saturday's 8:00am - 2:00pm
