Job summary

Clifford Power Systems, Inc. in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Generator Field Service Satellite Technician. You will travel in a company truck to customer sites and perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and occasional repairs on diesel and natural gas generators.

The role requires 5+ years of experience with diesel/natural gas engines and ATS, a valid driver's license, and the ability to read electrical diagrams. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Mechanical and electrical knowledge required.
• Common hand tools and electrical meter required for troubleshooting, repair and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service above and beyond expectations.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose engine and electrical repairs on power generation equipment (engine-driven generators and ATS).
• Perform work on power generation equipment located at customer sites, or at our local shop.
• Use safe practices with operation of service truck.
• Perform preventive maintenance on power generation equipment.
• Perform start-ups on new power generation equipment.
• Perform warranty work on power generation equipment.
• Process required paperwork and electronic submissions within deadlines.
• Maintain parts inventory of service truck.
