Clifford Power Systems, Inc. in Abilene, TX is seeking a Generator Field Service Satellite Technician to service diesel and natural gas generators.

You travel in a company truck, perform PMs, inspections, start-ups, repairs, and warranty work on power generation equipment at customer sites or in the shop. The role requires 5+ years of engine and generator experience, a valid driver's license, and strong electrical/mechanical skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with diesel and/or natural gas engines, generators and ATS.
• Strong electrical/mechanical skills and ability to read wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site service and repair on power generation equipment.
• Troubleshoot engine and electrical issues at customer sites or shop.
• Perform preventive maintenance and start-ups on gensets.
• Complete required paperwork and electronic submissions on time.
• Maintain service truck parts inventory and safety practices.
• 24/7 on-call technician as needed.
• Interact with customers professionally and document work clearly.
