Job summary

CareSource is seeking a LTSS & Dual Eligible Report Engineer IV to leverage data analytics to drive decisions and optimize processes within the healthcare environment. This senior role develops, manages, and analyzes complex data sets, creating actionable insights and building dashboards to monitor KPIs.

Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to improve patient outcomes and efficiency; design scalable reporting solutions; ensure data governance and robust ETL processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field required.
• Equivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of required education.
• Five (5) years of experience working with ETL, BI, and database solutions required.
• Experience translating business requirements required.
• Extensive data analysis experience required.
• Relevant healthcare or LTSS and/or Dual Eligible reporting experience preferred.
• Familiarity with LTSS/DSNP data/report regulations preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in data modeling, BI tools, and process optimization strategies.
• Advanced proficiency with SQL, SSIS, and Power BI.
• Expert analytical skills in solving multi-dimensional problems and ability to create reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to create cohesive, strategic plans for developing complex solutions.

Responsibilities

• Generate complex reports and dashboards to track KPIs and metrics related to LTSS & Dual Program reporting.
• Design and develop dynamic, user-friendly dashboards using BI tools for stakeholders at various levels.
• Analyze and evaluate current operations processes to identify optimization opportunities.
• Recommend strategies for improving operational efficiency and workflows.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and completeness through governance practices.
• Develop LTSS & Dual program reporting solutions that are scalable with efficient DB solutions.
• Create ETL solutions for automated, scheduled data refreshes and regular report delivery.
• Develop and deploy Power BI dashboards providing actionable insights for leadership.
