Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Data & Reporting Professional to transform complex healthcare data for the MI LTSS program, supporting oversight, compliance reporting, and quality improvement initiatives.

You will partner with LTSS Care Management, Utilization Management, Quality, Finance, Compliance, Provider Operations, and Market Leadership to monitor performance, develop dashboards, and produce executive summaries for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business analytics, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Five or more years of healthcare analytics, reporting, or related healthcare experience.
• Experience with large, complex healthcare and operational datasets.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including dashboard development and data modeling.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain operational, clinical, quality, compliance, and executive dashboards supporting the MI LTSS program.
• Integrate and validate data from multiple systems including care management, quality tools, provider networks, claims data, assessments, and regulatory sources.
• Create recurring and ad hoc reports supporting operational performance, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and strategic planning.
• Monitor LTSS performance indicators such as Health Risk Assessments, InterRAI, NFLOCD completion, Person-Centered Service Plans, ICT participation, HCBS utilization, and quality measures.
• Support ongoing monitoring of LTSS contractual requirements through compliance and performance reporting tools.
• Partner with LTSS leadership to identify trends, risks, barriers, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop executive summaries and presentations communicating program performance and recommendations.
• Support state audits, readiness reviews, corrective action plans, and regulatory inquiries through data analysis.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on LTSS reporting, analytics, and performance monitoring.
