Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Data & Reporting Professional to advance analytics and reporting for the MI LTSS program.

You will transform complex clinical, operational, quality, and financial data into insights that support oversight, contract compliance, and executive decision-making. You will partner with LTSS teams, build dashboards, validate data from multiple systems, produce regular and ad hoc reports, monitor performance indicators, and contribute to audits and regulatory inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Healthcare Analytics, Public Health or Information Systems.
• Five+ years of healthcare analytics, reporting, or population health experience.
• Experience with large, complex healthcare datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills for dashboards and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operational, clinical, quality, compliance, and executive dashboards.
• Integrate data from care management, quality tools, and claims systems.
• Create recurring and ad hoc reports for performance and compliance.
• Monitor LTSS performance indicators and state quality measures.
• Support audits and regulatory inquiries through data analysis.
