Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Data & Reporting Professional to support the MI LTSS program.

You will transform clinical, operational, quality, and financial data into actionable insights for oversight and compliance, working with LTSS leadership and multiple data systems. Responsibilities include building dashboards, integrating data sources, and delivering reports for performance monitoring, regulatory readiness, and quality improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
5+ years of healthcare analytics or related experience.
Experience with large healthcare datasets.
Advanced Excel for dashboards and reporting.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain dashboards for MI LTSS program across clinical, quality, compliance, and executive levels.
Integrate data from care management platforms, claims, assessments, and regulatory sources.
Create recurring and ad hoc reports to support performance, compliance, and quality initiatives.
Monitor LTSS performance indicators and quality measures (HRA, InterRAI, NFLOCD, ICT participation).
Support monitoring of LTSS contractual requirements with reporting tools.
Partner with LTSS leadership to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Develop executive summaries and presentations of program performance and recommendations.
Support state audits and regulatory inquiries through data analysis and reporting.
Serve as SME for LTSS reporting, analytics, and monitoring.
