Job summary

Centene is seeking a senior-level LTSS leader to oversee long-term care management for health plan members in Indiana. The role directs strategy, staff oversight, and program development to improve care quality, outcomes, and cost-effectiveness.

Required are 5+ years in LTSS management and strong knowledge of regulations, with leadership experience across RN or BH teams. Excellent collaboration with senior leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of industry regulations and standards.

• Ability to lead audits and reporting.

Responsibilities
