Qualifications
5+ years of experience in program management or service contract management.
Experience in power generation or heavy industrial services preferred.
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities
Manage LTSA contracts from execution through renewal.
Ensure service scope and milestones are fulfilled.
Develop service interval schedules in coordination with teams.
Serve as the primary contact for LTSA customers.
