A leading power systems company is seeking a knowledgeable Program Manager to oversee customer service contracts throughout their life cycle. You will ensure contractual compliance while focusing on customer satisfaction and operational excellence. This includes managing service schedules, generating reports, and maintaining transparent communication with LTSA customers. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the power generation sector, and possesses strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management or service contract management.
• Experience in power generation or heavy industrial services preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage LTSA contracts from execution through renewal.
• Ensure service scope and milestones are fulfilled.
• Develop service interval schedules in coordination with teams.
• Serve as the primary contact for LTSA customers.
