Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. in Orlando seeks an LTSA/LTMA Service Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and management of PGS service scopes under Long Term Service and Maintenance Agreements, including outages, parts, and repairs.

The manager provides leadership with limited supervision and interfaces directly with customers. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and integrity of products and services, with opportunities for increased leadership, travel to customer sites, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BSME, BSEE) or at least six years related experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports and present information to managers and clients.
• Ability to calculate figures and apply basic algebra/geometry.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates core competencies: action orientation, ownership, and customer focus.
• Define contract requirements, outage plans, and customer-facing updates for maintenance activities.
• Lead cross-functional planning efforts and outages, including field service and contract implementation.
• Manage outage budgets, costs, invoices, and warranty documentation.
• Coordinate tools, suppliers, parts availability, and outage readiness.
• Travel frequently to customer plant sites to plan outage requirements and meet with customers.
