Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas is seeking a LTSA/LTMA Service Manager to lead planning, execution, and overall management of long-term service agreements and maintenance for customer contracts. The role involves coordinating field service planning, outage activities, and cross-functional teams to ensure safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or six years related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical and regulatory materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and managers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage LTSA/LTMA service scopes for contracts.
• Lead cross-functional outage planning and field service activities.
• Manage budgets, invoicing, cash flow, and warranty documentation.
• Coordinate parts, tools, suppliers, and outage readiness.
• Travel frequently to customer sites to plan outages and meet contract needs.
• Ensure safety policies and ISO quality initiatives are followed.
• Interface with customers and senior management to update plans.
