Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect special education services to students in resource room and co-taught settings.
• Monitor progress on IEP goals and objectives; follow due process and IEP procedures.
• Manage required paperwork and communicate effectively with families and staff.
• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans and supervise paraprofessional(s).
• Provide instruction aligned to each student's ability and engage in differentiated instruction.
