Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions, Inc. DBA CCFS in the Dallas area seeks a Territory Manager to build and manage a portfolio of shippers using LTL services. You will qualify leads, uncover needs, tailor our value proposition, and manage accounts through conversion and retention.

You will work with operations, customer service, and claims teams, use CRM and mobile tools, travel as needed, and aim for steady revenue growth by adding new customers and maintaining 50+ relationships.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in LTL, logistics, or transportation services.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.
• B2B sales experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Qualify 25+ inbound leads per week using structured discovery.
• Conduct consultative discovery calls to understand shipping needs and pain points.
• Position our service-based value proposition against competitors.
• Manage 3-week conversion period with proactive engagement.
• Maintain 50+ retained customer relationships with regular touchpoints.
• Use CRM daily to track activities, opportunities, and interactions.
• Coordinate with operations, customer service, and claims teams to resolve issues.
• Travel as needed to cover assigned territories.
