Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions Inc in the Dallas area is seeking a Territory Manager to grow a portfolio of LTL shippers. You will qualify leads, articulate our service value, and manage accounts through a structured sales process using CRM and mobile technology to maintain 50+ relationships.

This exempt role requires 1-3 years in B2B sales, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel. Compensation ranges from $77,000 to $89,000 with full benefits and biweekly pay.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the LTL/logistics or transportation services.
• B2B sales experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Qualify 25+ inbound leads per week using structured discovery process.
• Conduct consultative discovery calls to understand customer shipping needs and pain points.
• Position service-based value proposition vs price-only competitors.
• Manage 3-week conversion period with proactive follow-up and customer engagement.
• Maintain 50+ retained customer relationships with regular touchpoints and value-added service.
• Use CRM daily to track activities, opportunities, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with operations, customer service, and claims teams to resolve issues.
• Travel within designated territory to develop new business and service accounts.
