Job summary

Corporate Traffic Logistics in Jacksonville, FL seeks an experienced LTL Operations professional to support daily shipping activities, quotes, bookings, and tracking. You will coordinate with carriers and customers to provide updates and swiftly resolve service issues.

The role requires strong knowledge of LTL processes, carrier networks, and freight classification, along with excellent communication and attention to detail to handle multiple shipments concurrently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of LTL operations experience.
• Knowledge of LTL shipping, carrier networks, rates, and freight classification.
• Experience with TMS and carrier portals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments.
• Ability to identify issues and provide timely solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support daily LTL operations, including quoting, booking, scheduling, tracking, and coordinating shipments
• Communicate with carriers and customers to provide shipment updates and resolve service issues
• Assist internal brokers and operations teams with LTL pricing, carrier selection, and customized freight solutions
• Monitor shipments from pickup through delivery to ensure service expectations are met
• Review shipment details, freight classifications, dimensions, and documentation for accuracy
• Help manage LTL billing and work with accounting to resolve disputes, discrepancies, and accessorial charges
• Maintain accurate shipment records and updates within the transportation management system
• Build and maintain strong relationships with LTL carriers, customers, and internal team members
