Job summary

Mansfield Energy is looking for a Supervisor, LTL Operations to lead a team of Procurement and Logistics Analysts. You will drive carrier bid strategy, monitor bid SLA adherence, and ensure timely dispatch confirmations while coordinating cross-functional workflows and rapid response activities.

You will mentor analysts, manage coverage across shifts, and escalate complex pricing and capacity issues to management. This is a full-time, hybrid position supporting nationwide carrier operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• Three+ years in procurement, logistics, or dispatch.
• Supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of carrier relations, rate negotiation, and dispatch execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and cover daily workflows across procurement and dispatch teams.
• Direct carrier bid strategy and approve rates within thresholds.
• Oversee order creation, dispatch, and same-day confirmation processes.
• Coordinate handoffs between procurement and logistics for accuracy and speed.
• Escalate complex pricing, capacity, or carrier issues to management.
• Contribute to quarterly business reviews with key delivery partners.
