Qualifications

• Fast-paced environment with high shipment volume and urgency.
• 1+ year of LTL transportation or logistics experience.
• Confident in confirming carrier rates and disputing exceptions.
• Able to schedule, tender, and track shipments daily.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Confirming LTL carrier rates and resolving pricing discrepancies
• Tendering and scheduling shipments with approved carriers
• Managing daily shipment coordination and tracking
• Proactively solving operational issues
• Maintaining strong customer and carrier relationships
• Responding promptly to emails, calls, and inquiries
• Supporting special projects and additional duties as assigned
