Job summary

Central Transport is seeking an Account Executive in Santa Fe Springs, CA to source and develop new business within a local LTL territory. You will call on small to mid-size customers, present our services, and drive revenue growth while maintaining account ownership and flexible home evenings/weekends.

This role offers a base salary with strong incentives, a company car or car allowance, a laptop, and dedicated sales support to help you hit and exceed targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years selling LTL transportation services (preferred).
• Ability to meet and exceed sales growth expectations.
• Background in progressive successful sales environments.
• Aptitude for seeking out and securing new business.
• Managing a portfolio that increases in value.
• Winning mindset and can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Make sales calls within the local territory on small to mid-size customers to present our value-driven services.
• Obtain new business leads and grow market share in the transportation sector.
• Maintain account ownership while maximizing revenue and portfolio growth.
• Work within a territory structure and be home most evenings and every weekend.
