Job summary

Scotlynn is seeking an LTL Account Management Associate in Fort Myers, FL to assist accounts with LTL needs through quoting, assigning, tracking, and appointing orders while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role involves managing logistics processes, coordinating with Logistics Account Managers, planning based on market conditions, and developing new business through leads and client care. 25–30+ hours/week expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or in progress
• Knowledge of multiple sales and marketing disciplines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve
• Willingness to work 25-30+ hours per week (Mon-Fri)

Responsibilities

• Managing logistics processes
• Consulting with Logistics Account Managers regularly to provide customer support and resolve problems
• Planning based on market conditions, customer needs, and workload
• Conducting business development activities through identifying prospective customers, following leads, customer maintenance and carrier maintenance
• Invoicing purchase orders
• Performing administrative duties, such as preparing and budgeting sales goal reports, keeping clientele and sales records
• Meeting regularly with sales team to discuss company, departmental, and team goals
