Job summary

Unum, headquartered in Chattanooga, TN, seeks a strategically oriented LTC Wellness Manager to lead proactive long-term care wellness programs that help policyholders live healthier and more independent lives. You will translate member needs and data into scalable programs with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-related field; relevant experience may be considered.
• Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) strongly preferred; PT licensure valued.
• 7+ years in clinical services, care management, wellness, aging services, or related fields.
• 3+ years leading complex programs or cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Experience influencing stakeholders without direct authority and communicating to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution, evolution, and improvement of LTC wellness programs.
• Balance clinical quality with cost, risk, and business value in recommendations.
• Develop roadmaps, operating models, and measures of success for wellness capabilities.
• Ensure programs have clear objectives, accountable owners, and scalable processes.
• Lead vendor management, governance, and post-launch feedback loops.
• Partner with analytics, finance, product, and operations to translate needs into requirements.
