Job summary

You will partner with analytics, finance, product, and operations to drive data-informed decisions. The role requires 7+ years in clinical services or aging care and 3+ years leading complex programs, with strong vendor management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical/health field; equivalent experience considered
• Master's degree preferred in clinical, public health, business, or health administration
• Active OT/Licensure strongly preferred
• Physical Therapist licensure highly valued
• 7+ years of progressive experience in clinical services, care management, wellness, aging services, rehabilitation, population health, insurance, or long-term care
• 3+ years leading complex programs, implementations, pilots, products, operational improvements, or cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution

Responsibilities

• Own execution, ongoing evolution, and continuous improvement of complex, cross-functional long-term care wellness programs
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, implementation plans, operating models, workflows, decision frameworks, and success measures
• Lead cross-functional and external-partner work through influence, judgment, and stakeholder alignment
• Lead operational readiness for new programs and material changes, including process design, communications, training, scripting, controls, documentation, and post-launch feedback
• Provide data-informed updates and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders

Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) strongly preferred

Physical Therapist (PT) licensure highly valued

7+ years of progressive experience in clinical services, care management, wellness, aging services, rehabilitation, population health, insurance, or long-term care

3+ years of experience leading complex programs, implementations, pilots, products, operational improvements, or cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
