Qualifications

• Valid LPN or RN license registered in the state.
• Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the wellness team and monitor performance.
• Conduct revenue evaluations and care conferences.
• Ensure delivery of right care at the right price with proper staffing.
• Maintain employee connections with regular feedback and recognition.
• Oversee resident care and communicate with families.
• Perform admissions evaluations and set measurable goals for residents.
• Coordinate care conferences and update care plans.
