Job summary

Family of Caring at Park Ridge is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our leadership team as Unit Managers. These roles are ideal for RNs who enjoy clinical leadership, staff development, and hands-on involvement in resident care within a supportive, family-oriented facility.

You will oversee daily clinical operations, supervise nursing staff, monitor care plans and documentation, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey
• Prior experience as Unit Manager, Charge Nurse, or Supervisor in a skilled nursing facility preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
• Ability to manage unit operations effectively
• Team-oriented and resident-focused
