Job summary

Three Rivers Care in Centralia, WA is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to manage CNA, LPN, and RN staffing schedules and coverage. You’ll handle callouts, changes, and onboarding coordination to ensure proper patient coverage and budget adherence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly staffing schedules for CNAs, LPNs, and RNs in accordance with budgeted PPD and staffing requirements.
• Manage daily staffing operations, including callouts, schedule changes, and replacement staffing.
• Communicate staffing needs and coordinate coverage with employees, agency staff, and department managers.
• Monitor attendance, tardiness, overtime, and labor utilizations.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating onboarding.
• Prepare staffing reports and provide labor data to facility leadership.
• Promote a positive work environment through professional communications and excellent customer service.
