Orchard Park Health and Rehabilitation Center in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Scheduler / Staffing Coordinator to organize monthly, bi-weekly, and daily nursing staff schedules in line with policy.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, support the nursing team, and help deliver high-quality resident care; the ideal candidate has a CNA in WA, a high school diploma, and flexibility for weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active CNA certification in the state is required.
• Willingness to work beyond normal hours, weekends, holidays, and/or on other shifts when necessary.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor monthly, bi-weekly, and daily schedules for nursing staff in accordance with policies.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and adequate staffing to provide high-quality care.
• Support the nursing team and ensure smooth operations within the facility.
