Three Rivers Care in Centralia, WA is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to build and manage daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for CNAs, LPNs, and RNs, while ensuring coverage aligns with budgeted staffing requirements.

The role handles callouts, changes, onboarding coordination, attendance monitoring, and labor data reporting, with emphasis on teamwork and quality patient care.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, WA NAC license, and English proficiency; LTC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Washington NAC license without enforcement action.
• Ability to speak, understand, read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly staffing schedules for CNAs, LPNs, and RNs in accordance with budgeted PPD and staffing requirements.
• Manage daily staffing operations, including callouts, schedule changes, and replacement staffing.
• Coordinate staffing needs and coverage with employees, agency staff, and department managers.
• Monitor attendance, tardiness, overtime, and labor utilization.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and onboarding.
• Prepare staffing reports and provide labor data to facility leadership.
• Promote a positive work environment through professional communications and customer service.
